Matthew Campbell, Director of Operations


Matthew Campbell serves as the Director of Operations for the Remit Corporation. He has worked in the call center environment for the past nine years. He started his career as a consumer credit counseling representative. Throughout his career he has been a Team Leader; training new and existing employees in customer service techniques, credit report evaluation and was instrumental in assisting the organization in obtaining ISO 9001 compliance, Operations Manager; managing a department consisting of multiple Team Leaders and 40 CSR's in a 24/7 bilingual inbound/outbound environment and an Account Manager; managing multiple client accounts, including a Fortune 500, with call volumes exceeding 70,000 calls monthly and 80,000 correspondence pieces monthly.
