Laurinda Voelcker, Legal Coordinator Laurinda Voelcker is an Attorney serving as the Legal Coordinator. She has a BA from Boston University and earned her law degree from the University of Denver. She has been a practicing attorney in Pennsylvania with experience in the creditor/debtor area as well as bankruptcy cases. Laurinda files lawsuits against debtors on behalf of our clients to obtain court judgments. She negotiates with debtors’ attorneys to obtain settlements that benefit our clients. She performs asset/credit searches and executes against debtor’s assets with the ultimate goal of obtaining balance in full.
