Dwayne J. Heisler, Executive Vice President Dwayne acquired his Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Sciences from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He has been active in the collection industry since 1986. As a Certified Instructor for the American Collectors Association and a speaker for Dun & Bradstreet, he conducts training programs for American & Canadian ACA members as well as original creditors. He serves as an Officer for the Pennsylvania Collectors Association and Education Chairperson. In the fall of 1994, Dwayne completed a 15 day training and consulting trip to Malaysia. He has received several awards including the Charles F. Lindemann Award for Certified Instructor of the Year, Kurt Swersky Outstanding & Innovative Leadership Award, Fellow & Scholar Degrees in Business Management, and the International Fellowship of Certified Collectors. Since 1987, he has been Director of the Bloom Consort, a Renaissance vocal ensemble which performs in the Northeastern United States. His knowledge of the collection industry and enthusiastic attitude enables him to offer seminars through Interact Training & Development which are both educational and entertaining.
